The heat allows the muscles to release and dissolve stress all throughout the body. Deeply soothing and detoxifying, leaving your body energized and free. ​This is not recommended for pregnancy but is a fantastic treatment for postpartum moms helping to bring warmth back into the body that was lost during delivery of the baby.
